Walter Wenninger
PhD, MBA (Dipl.Kfm.)

Dr. Wenninger has worked for more than 30 years in the international healthcare business. Wenninger holds a PhD and an MBA from the University at Munich, Germany.

He has been a member of the Board of Management at Bayer AG, Germany, and Chairman of the Board of Bayer Corporation, USA.
Wenninger is Chairman of the Board of Paion AG; Aachen and Noxxon Pharma AG, Berlin. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Evotec AG, Hamburg and Recordati Industria Chimica e Farmaceutica S.p.A., Milan.

Wenninger was first elected to the Board of Directors of Santaris Pharma A/S in 2006.
